Grovity Selected for EndeavorLAB by Endeavor Miami

Grovity has been selected for EndeavorLAB, the early-stage program run by Endeavor Miami and supported by JPMorganChase and Tech Equity Miami.

Endeavor is a global non-profit that selects and supports high-impact entrepreneurs across more than 40 markets — the network behind companies like Rappi, Nubank and Globant. Endeavor Miami is its South Florida affiliate, and EndeavorLAB is where that selection process starts: a small cohort of up to ten early-stage companies, chosen against Endeavor’s global high-impact criteria.

What the program is

EndeavorLAB runs for two months and is deliberately tactical rather than curricular. It opens with a diagnostic of each company’s strengths and constraints, then moves into strategic workshops, mentor matching against the specific problems a founder names, and curated introductions across the Endeavor network.

Endeavor takes no equity and charges no fee. What it offers instead is access — to operators who have already built at scale, and to a network that spans Latin America, the U.S. and beyond.

Why it matters for Grovity

Grovity is a Miami company building the AI workforce: digital employees that fully automate conversational business roles — sales, support, collections — across the channels and systems companies already run on.

That work is going global faster than we are. Our customers operate across the U.S., Colombia, Mexico and Brazil, and the questions that matter now are less about whether agents work and more about how a company scales one operating model across markets, languages and regulatory regimes. Endeavor’s network is built almost exactly along those lines.

The program also arrives alongside the rest of what we have been building: the Mastercard Start Path Acceptance program, the NVIDIA Inception program, and Tampa Bay Wave’s Tech|X Accelerator — now ranked the #3 startup accelerator in the United States.

What comes next

The near-term work is unglamorous and specific: sharpen how we go to market, pressure-test the pricing model against operators who have done it, and build the relationships that make the next stage easier than the last.
